I feel that I’ve finally gotten on track with my eating habits again. I look more toned, I’m down a dress size, I have more energy. My shoulders look  more lifted, my bras don’t do the back fat thing anymore, and I can feel some sort of bicep growing which is very exciting. Overall I’m very happy with the results,  I didn’t realize I had lost that many inches overall.

First off thanks for the experience.
