My philosophy on nutrition is that it should be easy, tasty and something you can adopt for the long term. This is not a diet or something that has a start and stop date. Diets don’t work because they aren’t sustainable for the long term. I believe in finding ways to make a healthy eating a lifestyle. This doesn’t mean eating plain chicken and broccoli every day. Blah! This means finding ways to make your favorite foods ‘healthified’ and fit into your daily nutritional recommendations #healthydoesnthavetosuck
